I have a degree in Master of Education (Teaching Japanese as a Second Language) and passed the Japanese language teaching competency tests (日本語能力検定試験). I have taught in Japan and New Zealand and I worked in medical field in Japan for a while and have recently have moved to England. I use An Integrated Course in Elementary Japanese Third Edition GENKI (初級日本語げんき) as textbook. Each lesson would be 40 minutes online, and priced dependant on your level.
